Screener in good condition – clean and tidy, 2 deck mobile scalping screener. Fingers installed on top deck of Hydraulic double deck tipping livehead, No Mesh currently installed on the bottom deck. All mesh complete and is interchangeable to your required size at additional cost. With Fingers installed on the top deck of the livehead this machine is ideal for working with Top Soil. Grid can be angled Hydraulically for sticky material. Working Anaconda screener that can go straight to work. This screen has Remote control tracking, Discharge conveyor belt good and feeder belt in bottom of hopper also good. Both tracks are good on this screener. THE ANACONDA FSL100 SCALPING SCREEN HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO DEAL WITH HEAVY DUTY SCALPING APPLICATIONS.
The FSL100 Scalping Screen is one of the most robust and reliable scalping screens on the market. Complete with a heavy duty 12ft double deck vibrating grid and can be fed directly with an articulated truck, Shovel, Excavator or work in conjunction with a crusher. Built to handle the toughest of applications, the FSL100 has the capacity to deal with up to 375 TPH dependent on how it is fed.
Do not be fooled by the FSL100’s size, the production rate of the heavy duty scalper out performs the machines size ten fold! The tiny footprint allows the screen to be shipped worldwide in a standard 40’ container, thus keeping shipping costs to a minimum and allowing the range to be distributed easily right across the globe.
