Marcel Equipment completed the following inspections on this used Komatsu WA500-8 for Sale;
Upon arrival, machine was fully stripped for power washing
Full visual & operational inspections were completed
Engine, torque, transmission & hydraulic pressures were taken to ensure within OEM spec
Performance checks were completed
Oils were checked for contaminates
Magnets & suction screens were checked for contaminates
All filters were cut open & inspected for contaminates
Machine was serviced as required
Engine, transmission, hydraulic & axle oils were changed
Checked implement cycle times
Marcel Equipment then completed the following repairs;
Installed Komatsu KDPF assembly
Repaired bucket positioner
Installed NEW engine belt
Installed NEW DEF injector
Installed NEW a/c dryer & compressor
Installed REBUILT alternator
Installed NEW fan relay
Completed all required repairs in cab
Verified all cab switch functions
Installed 2 NEW horns
Resealed right side steering cylinder
Installed 2 NEW brake lights & 1 back-up light
Replaced misc hoses as required
Tested batteries
Serviced battery connections
Serviced & cleaned complete HVAC system
Completed any needed cosmetic repairs
This machine is now ready to go to work.
